Where are you located?
Our studio is located in the Mar Mikhael neighborhood in Beirut, Lebanon. However, orders can now be made online through our online shop with global delivery options.
How can I make a bespoke or custom-made order?
We offer a range of custom-made options including homeware and clothing projects, printing as part of art installations, and design collaborations. New ideas and challenges are very exciting and highly welcomed! Please reach out to us on our “Contact ” page with your contact details. We will contact you within 2-4 days to schedule a brief call to discuss your custom-made order and/or idea. Production time for custom orders takes between three to five weeks depending on the complexity and scale of the order.
Do you do printmaking workshops?
We offer printmaking workshops to individuals, organizations, and groups upon request. Past workshops have included an initial briefing session about the history of block printing in Syria and the stories behind some of our prints followed by hands-on learning and application of printing for participants to create their own unique pieces. If you are interested in organizing a workshop please contact us.
Are your bespoke pieces available year-round?
Our bespoke pieces can be made to order with a variety of custom options to fit your design needs and aspirations. In addition, we offer very small batch, bespoke pieces on our website that are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please be on the lookout for new designs as we continue to offer bespoke pieces year-round. Due to the nature of handmade printing and design, we make every piece unique.
Who is behind Studio Kunukku and where is the team from?
We are a small but mighty team coming from Syria, Palestine, and the United States. The team is all based in Beirut, Lebanon where we operate the studio. You can learn more about the people behind Studio Kunukku on our about page.
Do you sell the hand-carved blocks that you use to print?
While we do not sell wooden blocks used to print our core design collections, we do offer the option to custom-make a wooden block of your bespoke designs. If you are interested in producing a custom-made block print for your design project, branding, and/or logo please reach out to us on our contact page. We are open to new ideas and projects!
